What Are The Six Steps Of An Invisalign Treatment?
Step 1
Dr Nguyen will do an orthodontic package which includes digital photographs, X-rays, and digital scans and dental impressions to help create your treatment plan for your Invisalign at our Frankston dental clinic.
Step 2
Our Dentists will then send all the relevant information to the laboratory of Invisalign and will and will use these records along with the treatment prescribed by the Dentist to create a customised 3D treatment plan just for you.
Step 3
The customised Trays (aligners) will be manufactured and sent to our Dental surgery and an insert appointment will be booked by our friendly front office staff
Step 4
Your series of custom-made Trays will be given to you (typically 3-4 sets at a time) for you to wear everyday and change them at home every 2 weeks.
Step 5
You’ll be visiting your Frankston Dentist approximately every 6-8 weeks to monitor the progress of your Invisalign treatment and receive the next series of aligners.
Step 6
After you’ve finished your Invisalign aligner treatment, you may need to use retainers to help make sure the new position of your teeth is maintained.
